No account needed to apply

Candidates apply directly on the listing. Forcing people to register costs applications, and in a market this size you cannot afford that.

A real application inbox

Statuses, ratings, private notes, screening questions and CSV export. Applications also arrive by email at whichever addresses you nominate.

Honest numbers

View counts are bot-filtered and rate-damped. If we tell you a listing had 400 views, 400 people looked at it.

Pay for what you use

Buy a single listing or a pack of credits valid for twelve months. Monthly plans exist if you hire continuously. No contracts.

Your data handled properly

Applicant data is deleted on a schedule, CVs are virus-scanned and stored outside the web root, and every access is logged. That protects you as much as the candidate.

How much does it cost to post a vacancy?

See our pricing page for the current packages. You can buy a single vacancy or a pack of credits to use through the year. All prices are shown excluding VAT.

How long does a vacancy stay live?

The standard listing runs for 30 days. You can extend it at any point, and you can mark it as filled early if you find someone.

How long are vacancy credits valid?

Credits are valid for 12 months from the date you buy them. We will email you 30 days and 7 days before any expire.

Where do applications go?

Into your dashboard inbox, and by email to every address you nominate on the listing. The dashboard copy is the complete record — email is a convenience.

Can several colleagues use the same account?

Yes. Invite them from the Team screen and give each person a role: recruiters can manage vacancies and applications, viewers can only read, and administrators can also handle billing.

Do you offer anything for NGOs?

Yes. Registered voluntary organisations can post one vacancy a month at no cost. Contact us and we will set it up.

Can I get an invoice for my accounts?

A VAT invoice is generated automatically for every payment and emailed to you. All of them are downloadable from your billing area at any time.
