You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will confirm it is you by email, then respond within 30 days.

We can only look up data by the address you gave when you applied or subscribed.

Anything that would help us find it

Optional. For example the name of a job you applied for.

Things worth knowing

Applications and CVs are deleted automatically once the retention period has passed after the vacancy closes — you do not have to ask.
If you ask us to delete your data, we cannot recall applications an employer has already received. You would need to contact them directly as well.
We keep invoices for as long as accounting law requires, even after an erasure request. That is a legal obligation we cannot set aside.
You can also complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta.
