Retail Sales Assistant

Clouds Express is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Sales Assistants to join our team. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about retail, customer service, and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

What you will be doing

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Handle sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
• Provide knowledgeable advice on products and services offered.
• Manage cash handling, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
• Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Uphold company policies and ensure a high standard of customer service at all times.

What we are looking for

• A minimum of one year of experience working in a retail environment.
• Proficient in using POS systems and handling cash transactions.
• Must have a clean police conduct.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Flexible to work morning, evening, and weekend shifts as required.
